In an effort to establish quality distribution and service around the globe, we won't sell direct. Our distributors also are not allowed to sell outside their country unless they first obtain our permission to service a customer without a local importer. To benefit from our extended 5-year warranty, you must have purchased your Almarro product from an authorized dealer of one of the exclusive Almarro distributors. Units modified by owners or professional upgrade companies forfeit their warranties. They must be serviced at their owners' expense by a non-Almarro repair facility. Almarro will not repair modified units. To find a dealer in your country, contact your regional distributor from the list below. Should there be no dealer close to you, the distributor will work with you directly. For countries where we do not have distribution yet, contact Almarro Japan. We will guide you to a distributor in another country whose products work on the same line voltages and who can help you. All products are tracked by serial number and our warranties automatically expire when a product is transshipped to a country other than for which we registered it when it left our facility. We do not list prices. Global currency imbalances and trade restrictions make it impossible. For example, Sweden imposes a 25% value-added tax, most EU countries assess 20%. That is on top of 15% or higher import tariffs plus that country's sales tax. Then factor in freight costs. Now you can appreciate why our sales prices can be lower in Japan where we manufacture. Prices must be higher in the EU yet they can be a bit lower in the US which imposes no VAT. Rather than establish a fixed global price, we work with our distributors to determine fair rates that reflect their actual import costs. Remember, they will service your product so you need not return it to Japan. They also specialize in Almarro products whose AC voltage matches your country's utility power. For retail pricing in your country, contact your distributor. Be assured that his price sheet has been set by us. It represents the lowest price for that region's currency and all its applicable tarrifs of customs, importation, freight and sales taxes.
